"I want to thank Tim and his staff for the great care they provided for us while we were in Kaktovik to view polar bears. While we were out on the bay viewing bears we missed dinner and Tim made sure dinner was saved for us once we returned. His staff was always helpful, courteous and sincere in their efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Our once in a lifetime adventure was enhanced by their care."
